ebXML是一组支持模块化电子商务框架的规范。ebXML支持一个全球化的电子市场，它使得任意规模的企业通过交换基于XML的信息，不受地域限制地接洽和处理生意。ebXML是联合国（UN/CEFACT，贸易促进和电子商务中心）和OASIS（结构化信息标准发展组织）共同倡导、全球参与开发和使用的规范。
